Choose the deliverable before the price point
A contact record, an application, a statement-backed package, and an active phone transfer represent different amounts of information and work. Decide what your sales and review teams need, then compare like-for-like offers. A lower record price is not necessarily a lower cost per qualified opportunity.
Define exclusivity
Ask whether the seller promises not to resell the record, whether other providers may already have received it, and whether exclusivity has a time limit. A merchant can independently contact several companies. Written exclusivity terms should not be confused with a promise that the business is only speaking to your team.
Confirm delivery and review capacity
Agree on the format, delivery hours, filters, and handling of incomplete or duplicate records. Make sure staff can review the volume without sacrificing secure document handling or responsible follow-up. Pilot a smaller order and review the actual outcomes before committing to a larger package.
Use pricing as one part of the decision
Review current package prices and quantities on the pricing modules, because commercial terms can change. Include verification effort, staff time, and invalid-record handling in your analysis. No package guarantees approvals, revenue, or funded deals; those outcomes depend on fit, review, customer decisions, and your process.
