Prepare a clear order brief
List the states, industries, business criteria, document needs, and daily volume your team can handle. Distinguish fresh inquiries, aged records, statement-backed applications, and live transfers. Ask the seller to confirm which requirements can be fulfilled rather than assuming every filter is included.
Review the package details
Read the quantity, lead-age definition, delivery schedule, exclusivity conditions, and invalid-record policy. Confirm what information and documents are included and how they will be transferred securely. Pricing should be evaluated against the actual deliverable, not just the name of the package.
Understand checkout and billing
Check the order summary, currency, and applicable terms before submitting payment details. Card verification, authorization, capture, and a recurring charge are different actions. If an order requires manual review or activation, confirm the timing with the seller. Never assume that a saved card means delivery or a subscription has already started.
Inspect and measure the first delivery
Deduplicate against your own records and suppression lists, assign an owner, and record unusable entries within the reporting window. Evaluate contact quality and completed applications before scaling. Keep receipts, package terms, and correspondence so expectations can be checked against what was delivered.
